HD Hyundai Infracore and HD Hyundai Construction Equipment, subsidiaries of HD Hyundai’s construction equipment business, have entered the European market with their ‘next-generation new model’ that will spearhead the leap to the global top tier.

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore participated in ‘Bauma 2025 (hereinafter referred to as Bauma),’ the world’s largest construction equipment exhibition, held in Munich, Germany from the 7th (Monday) to 13th (Sunday), local time.

As the world’s largest construction equipment trade expo, Bauma is recognized as a top-three world-renowned construction equipment exhibition that rivals ConExpo in the U.S. and Intermat in France, with over 600,000 visitors expected to arrive at the exhibition during the period it takes place.

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore plan to actively utilize this Bauma exhibition as a stage to unveil the next-generation new model as the flagship equipment of both companies throughout Europe, and secure high praise for the competitiveness of the latest compact equipment tailored to the European market and eco-friendly products utilizing next-generation power sources, such as hydrogen and electricity.

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment set up a booth at 3,500㎡ (1,040 pyeong) in area for this exhibition with the theme of ‘Intelligent Park’, based on its brand identity (BI) as a motif.

Visitors could view and explore firsthand the next-generation new model, cutting-edge smart construction equipment technologies, and over 20 pieces of the newest equipment. Also featured on site was a demonstration event of a hydrogen excavator, which was nominated as a finalist in the climate protection category of the ‘Bauma 2025 Innovation Award’.

HD Hyundai Infracore, which adopted a change to the ‘DEVELON’ brand in 2023 and participated in the Bauma for its first time, exhibited a host of products ranging from electrified to specialized equipment, along with its primary lineup of European-tailored compact construction equipment, in a booth at nearly 3,800㎡ (1,130 pyeong) in area.

In particular, ‘Real-X’, the commercialized version of the unmanned-autonomous solution ‘Concept-X2’, which was first revealed to Europe at the Intermat exhibition in France last year, was unveiled for the first time, and a collaborative demonstration with Gravis Robotics, with which a joint development agreement (JDA) for autonomous technology was entered, showcased an unmanned excavator collaborating with an articulated dump truck (ADT).

On the 7th (Monday), opening day, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore each arranged an ‘Unveiling Showcase’ at their separate booths, and during a demo show, the excellent performance and quality of the next-generation new model, which was conceived by integrating the technological strengths of both companies, were spotlighted for the first time in Europe.

An HD Hyundai Xite Solution official said, “We have exerted our best efforts for the past three years to prepare for the launch of our next-generation new model and participation in Bauma to challenge the strongholds of top-tier legacy brands,” and added, “We will convincingly demonstrate HD Hyundai’s technology and the true worth of the next-generation new model on a stage bustling with both international customers and industry experts.”
